At The Sage Metals, we take pride in providing high-quality Men's Kada, bracelets, and Sarblok products. Please carefully review our return and cancellation policy outlined below:
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. We encourage you to carefully review your order and product selection before making a purchase.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
While refunds are not provided, we do offer exchanges for defective or damaged items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchanges: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want to exchange is no longer available, we will offer you a replacement of equal value.

Non-Eligible Products: Custom or personalized items, including customized Men’s Kada, cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Visit at https://thesagemetals.com/apps/yanet-return within 7 days of receiving the product with your order number and details of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if approved, you need to pay 159INR as exchange shipping fee.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations are not possible as the order processing begins.
- To cancel an order within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at support@thesagemetals.com.
- If your cancellation is approved, any charges will be reversed.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly assist in resolving the issue by offering an exchange or a replacement at no additional cost.
